Instant Pot Method
1 cup rice
1 cup water
1 pinch of salt
6 minutes High Pressure
10 minutes Natural Release
DOUBLE: OR 2 cups rice, 2 cups water, 10 min High Pressure.
Fluff with fork. Feed the kids.
Note: 1 cup doesn't make a lot, enough for 2 (normal) portions, double it for family meals.
