Notes:
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Swish, push, pull around in mouth, through teeth, for as long as tolerable (10-20 minutes)
Spit out in the trash or toilet (might clog the sink)
Rinse mouth with water or salt water
Brush yo teeth, and
THEN start your day.

My why...
I've tried this a few times over the years and I don't stick to it enough to know if it really helps. Why? Because I have a routine in the morning that involves lemon water and coffee, not swishing coconut oil for 10 minutes (obvs without talking) and then brushing my teeth and THEN having my lemon or Ionix water and coffee. Sigh.
But I need and want to give it another shot, and Dr. Axe's mention of 3-5 days a week sounds far more doable than daily 'all or nothing' mode that I put myself in.
So guess I'll give it a go and report back soon.
